Terms of Service

Last Revised: November 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kluzar Tech Tools ("the Service"), operated by Kluzar ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Acceptable Use and Ethical Conduct

Our tools are designed strictly for educational purposes, authorized security research, and software development. By using our tools, you explicitly agree that you will NOT:

  • Use the tools to target, scan, or attack systems, networks, or applications without explicit authorization from the owner.
  • Generate malicious payloads or tokens for illegal activities.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, disrupt network tools, or perform Denial of Service attacks on the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, custom code (including our proprietary client-side logic), and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kluzar and its licensors. You may not scrape, clone, or redistribute our tools without written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the outputs generated by our tools (such as JWT decoding or CORS checks). You rely on such information strictly at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kluzar, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
